Here is my workout for the day:

Mike says what doesn't hurt us makes us stronger

A few of us hit the track this morning

Track
1 mile warm up
stretch
6x100 yard sprints
120 abs/core

We are getting ready to kick the shit out of Summer League!

I also did 2 sets of 49 push ups. Why 49, because that is the difference in how many points we've scored and given up. I don't see me doing more than 60 push ups all season long. Get my drift?
